Two systems and two modules

PACsys governs the guest room — power, access and the housekeeping cycle. TCMsys governs the plant that keeps it comfortable. Both are designed to be bought separately and to work better together. Tnode and Knode take the same engineering down to a single air-conditioning unit, for buildings that do not need a whole system.

Power & access control

PACsys

The system that runs the guest room. Power state, access, the housekeeping cycle and per-room device health, for every room on the property.

PACsys Network

The multi-property layer. Every property you operate on one live dashboard, with fleet firmware rollouts, per-property data isolation and bus-level diagnostics from an engineer’s phone.

TCM Module

The room device. Direct AC control, keycard, do-not-disturb, make-my-room and laundry inputs, live room temperature, and pre-arrival comfort driven by the front desk.

Single-unit modules

When you do not need a whole system

Most buildings that run Mitsubishi air conditioning are not going to install a wired bus and a coordinator. These two put the same control on a single indoor unit — one for commercial spaces, one for guest rooms.

Mitsubishi AC control · commercial

Tnode

A module behind the air conditioner that puts the unit on your phone — control, schedules, temperature history and maintenance alerts. Local control keeps working without the internet.

Mitsubishi AC control · hotels

Knode

Keycard-driven AC control for guest rooms, with the do-not-disturb, make-my-room and laundry buttons wired into the same module. The TCM Module sold on its own.

Hotels on Mitsubishi units

  • Occupancy setback stored in the room
  • Guest request buttons that reach housekeeping
  • Guest remote keeps working
  • Extends into full TCMsys without rewiring

What we actually build

Four disciplines, one company

A building control system fails at the seams between hardware, firmware, software and operations. We own all four, which means there is nobody to point at when something does not work.

Hardware

Room controllers, gateway boards and starter controllers designed in-house — protection circuits, isolation, and the environmental and certification work that comes with putting a board behind a guest-room wall.

Firmware

Embedded controllers and gateway firmware, our own wired bus protocol, and field-safe over-the-air updates that will not brick a device in an occupied room.

Software

On-premises services, site dashboards, integration endpoints and installers — packaged so a property’s own IT team can run them if they want to.

Cloud

Multi-tenant platform, real-time portals, licensing and fleet management, operated across roughly 300 live properties.
